This unit is designed to make you aware of how constructive active listening can be. It’s very easy to lose the thread of a discussion in meetings, lectures, tutorials and transactions. You will be taking part in many scenarios over the coming years where these skills will be invaluable. At the end of this session you will be better equipped to listen actively rather than selectively.
