Give it a Go is one of our most fun sessions every year. We welcome people of all skill levels and mostly complete beginners. We teach you a handful of different frisbee throws and run through the rules of the game. We then break out into games so everyone can get a taste of what Ultimate is all about.
Ultimate is a competitive and physical sport. A great player will be fast, able to jump to compete for disks and will be skilled in throwing in all conditions. This takes time, our club will take you through learning to throw and build all relevant skills to compete in BUCS Ultimate Frisbee.
