Dandiya is a dance form performed during the nine day Hindu festival of Navratri. Wearing vibrant and colourful clothing, performers strike a pair of wooden sticks in rhythmic beats and a drummer commands the rhythm of the dance. Come along to the session, in collaboration with Asian Society to be exposed to this energetic dance form before NHSF Cardiff HIndu Society's very own flagship event in March!
