This is a wellbeing evening where we play host to established speakers, Kylie Grimes (GB Paralympian, Harlequins Foundation Ambassador & Motivational Speaker), Rob Sidwell (Co-chair of the Ted Senior Foundation) and James Mitchell (Former Cardiff Medicals 1st XV winger, Winner of 2 NAMS trophies, Qualified Physio). We will be talking about all things wellbeing and mental health and gain further insight into TSF as a charity.
