Come and give triathlon a go and join us for our Social runs! Come and see what tri club is all about, any speed/ability welcome! There'll be three different distances offered: 3 mile, 6 mile and 9 miles, we go either around Roath or down to the Bay. These are our social runs, aimed at just getting out for a jog and a chat, no set pace, and no one left behind! Look forward to seeing you there!
