The WSAPLD School Games finals are taking place 10am – 2.30pm on Tuesday 18th June at Cardiff International Sports Campus in Cardiff (Leckwith Athletics Stadium
This would be a great opportunity for the pupils to gain experience within Disability Sport and supporting competitions,
The role of the volunteers would be to support the events that are taking place e.g. measuring jumps in the long jump, being on the finish line to sort final placings of races etc.
There will be an official leading each event so the students would be there to support them. I would be happy to speak to the students beforehand to give them a brief on what is expected of them.
Each student will be provided with a lunch
