An Introduction to British Sign Language by Cardiff Uni BSL society, Big Society of the Year 2022!
Come and join the BSL society as we cover the basics of BSL with Finger Spelling, Introductions and Names as well as a look at Ddeaf and signing culture.
The session is open to anyone, but aimed at beginners and it is absolutely free!
BSL is now formally recognised as an official language and more and more people are eager to pick it up. If you work with people, are curious about languages or have just been wowed by the likes of Rose Ayling-Ellis, come along and give it a go!
