What if every mountain rescue team operating in the Brecon Beacons suddenly doesn't answer their calls? Can we step up to the mark?

Form part of Cardiff WEMS very own mountain rescue and respond to simulated incidents across some of the most remote areas of South Wales. This will take your medical and wilderness skills, including thosemlearny at Brecon Weekend, to provide pre-hospital care in as close to reality scenarios as we can get!

Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team will hopefully join us for the day and teach us about how to respond to these incidents, from the moment of first receiving the call to emergency evacuation (helicopter not included).

Swansea Wilderness Medicine Society will also join us for the day! Perhaps we will find out which WEMS really is the best...
