Cardiff Bay Nature Walk

Wednesday 03 October 2018, 1:30pm - 3:30pm

Outside the Taf

Event Information

Explore one of the most inspiring places to visit in Cardiff – Cardiff Bay, named one of the top 10 most popular autumn attractions all around the UK! Whether you have a keen interest in ecology, biology or just enjoy the outdoors, this nature walk will allow you to discover the integration between green spaces and the newly gentrified areas of the city. Cardiff Bay has its own historical value and vibrant, bustling spots where we will walk, take photos and make memories with new friends. The aim of the walk is to realise your ability to notice the vast variety of habitats where wildlife have adapted to this concrete jungle! Meeting by the Taf (SU), we will take a train to Cardiff Bay from Queen Street. We aim to visit areas including: The Wetlands Reserve, Barrage, Mermaid Quay and Pierhead Building! Bring some snacks, water and dress for the weather. We hope to see you there!
