Every Sunday morning we meet at Lidl and have three different ability groups going for rides around the Cardiff and Vale area - we'd love to have you join! All you need is a road-worthy bike, helmet and some comfortable clothes/shoes. We have bikes and kit you are welcome to borrow - please do drop us a message.
