If you want to see why Ultimate is one of fastest-growing sports worldwide at the moment, come along and give it a go.
We'll play a quick demo match to show you what you'll be able to do by the end of the year, then teach you the basic rules and a few throwing techniques, before putting everyone into some mini matches to give you a taste of the real thing.
