Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, we are very excited to invite you to St David’s tournament!
On 5th of March at 18:30 o’clock we will celebrate St David’s day in the best way possible: playing volleyball dressed up in all things welsh! Paint your face with dragons, bring out the daffodils and let's all have some fun!
This tournament is open to everyone from very experienced players to beginners, so regardless of your volleyball skills, please don’t hesitate and join us for a day of fun!
You can form your own teams and text me or Polina by Wednesday 28th of February. If you don’t have a team or missing a few members, no worries, just drop a message to me or Polina and we will assign you to a team.
The rules for the tournament are the following:
a) each team must consist of at least 3 girls
b) each team must consist at least one beginner
c) each team can have a maximum of 3 BUCS-team members or coaches
d) you need to be dressed up in something welsh. That can be something as little as a welsh flag tattoo to a full dragon costume. We will leave that to your imagination!
e) In order to have the teams balanced I might ask some teams to change a bit or have some extra members
f) This is a strictly NO ALCHOHOL event. So, please don’t bring or consume a drink in Talybont. We will have to ask you to leave if you do so.
The entrance fee for the tournament is 2 pounds per person. All the money will go to the charity Mind that champions Mental Health. So that’s another reason to join us for an unforgettable evening!

Please message/comment your teams before midnight on Wednesday 28th of February so we have time to organise everything. Again if you don't have a team just message one of us and we'll put you with others!
