So you loved swimming as a kid but fell out of touch with it? Come and try our Give it a go Session. You'll be put through your paces in a fun and friendly environment at a Level Suitable for you.
Never heard of water polo? Picture handball, in water, with a bit of wrestling thrown into the mix. Does that sound like a bit of you? Good! Come try out our sport being trained by some of the best water polo players Wales has to offer.
All who attend are then invited to attend our Social at The Woodville Pub at 8pm.
