We operate a bookable balcony for all shows for those who have special accessible requirements, however it is operated on a first come, first served basis due to capacity limitations. It is often the case that we are unable to facilitate requests made on the night, but we will always aim to do what we can. Due to capacity restrictions we can only reserve spaces for 1 ticket holder and 1 carer - if your requirements surpass this please let us know.
To book a space on the balcony you must FIRST purchase a ticket for the show for yourself, we can then offer you a complimentary carer ticket when requested in advance using the form below. All tickets are subject to availability and capacity. If the balcony is full we will process a full refund for the ticket purchased so you won't be out of pocket. Please note carers may have a restricted view.
