Terms & Conditions
1.Tickets are non refundable & non transferable.
2.No transport is provided to or from the ice rink and fans are expected to make their own way. (Free parking on site, Bus 9 stops outside or a short walk from Cogan station - please visit the arena website for more information: https://www.vindicoarena.com/visit/getting-here/)
3.No external food or alcohol is to be brought into the venue or consumed on premises.
4.Tickets are to be shown and scanned on the door to allow entry into the event.
5.No tickets will be on sale on the door - tickets must be purchased prior to attendance.
6.We recommend arriving at the arena by 22:15, to allow for sufficient time for entry.
7.Entry to the event will then start at 22:30, giving 15 minutes to find your seats prior to the 22:45 start.
8.Last admission is 23:00.
9.Fans are to remain in designated seating areas for their teams. The main lobby, rink arena, and toilets are accessible to all fans and spectators who hold a valid ticket.
10.Once the event is finished and teams have left the ice, fans are to leave the arena promptly and without delay, taking their rubbish to the nearest bins.
11.Please keep eyes on the puck while in play at all times. While there are nets and glass to stop the puck exiting the field of play, there is still a rare possibility that the puck may enter the stands.
12.The club can not take responsibility for any injuries caused on site.
13.Any forms of damage or any other criminal behaviour will be passed on to local police force for them to deal with offenders.
14.Abuse of any form will not be tolerated no matter who the intended target is.
15.Rink Security reserve the right to refuse entry or removal of any person(s) from the premises.
16.First aid is provided by qualified rink personal staff. If a medical issue is to arise please alert a member of rink staff with out delay.
