Global Health Gives Pole A Go!

Event Information
The lesson will start at 7pm sharp at the pole studio on the 2nd floor of Passion, 63 City Road. It will feature a warm up, conditioning, some fun basic spins and moves before a cool down to finish at 8pm. Please wear a vest top and shorts with removal layers (like jogging bottoms and jumpers) and bring a water bottle.
It will cost £3 for the lesson and all profits will be going to Huggard, a local homelessness charity in Cardiff.
