The Storage Shuttle provides transport for you and your belongings (up to 25 cubic feet) from your halls to your pre‑booked storage locker at Storage Giant or Safestore Newport Road.
After booking, you will receive a mandatory online form by email. This must be completed in order to use the service. Once submitted, you will be allocated a pick‑up time within the event window shown on your ticket, and this will be emailed to you closer to the shuttle date.
If you have additional or oversized items, you must disclose this in the form sent after booking.

*Please ensure you have already booked a storage locker before purchasing a ticket. Students must be able to lift and move their belongings independently. Prohibited items will not be transported. For full terms of service please check the webpage. If you arrive late to your assigned pickup point, the shuttle is not guaranteed to wait. We also cannot promise that you will be able to board the next shuttle.
